We are located at 601 N 35th Street, Seattle, WA, on the corner of 35th and Evanston in the lovely neighborhood of Fremont. We have a 40-foot rocket on our roof, you can’t miss us.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover at the time of the order. Sadly, we do not accept checks. Washington state sales tax, at a rate of 9.5%, will be applied to any item shipped in-state.
How we ship:
We ship UPS ground, according UPS size and weight charges. If there is another shipping method you prefer it is possible to make arrangements.
Our return and exchange policy:
Our web store return and exchange policy is the same as our brick and mortar store’s: We accept returns for exchange for store credit, within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt. Sales are final on books, cosmetics, vintage, and sale items. Please be sure the item is in pristine, brand-new, sellable condition (shoes have not been worn outside, handbag has not been used—- you know what we mean). We cannot grant exchanges on items that arrive damaged or used. You may return items via ground UPS, insured US Mail, or in person to the store.
