We ship UPS ground, according UPS size and weight charges. After you have completed your order we will bill your account the shipping cost.
Returns and Exchanges
Our web store return and exchange policy is the same as our brick and mortar store’s: We accept returns for exchange for store credit, within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt. Sales are final on books, cosmetics, vintage and sale items. Please be sure the item is in pristine, brand-new, sellable condition (shoes have not been worn outside, handbag has not been used-- you know what we mean). Please return shoes with the packing materials they came in and the original manufacturer's shoe box. We cannot grant exchanges on items that arrive damaged or used. You may return items via ground UPS, insured US Mail, or in person to the store. Kindly send us an email at shopburntsugarfrankie@gmail.com and let us know what you are returning, method of shipment and tracking information.
Money, honey
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover at the time of the order. Sadly, we do not accept checks. Washington state sales tax, at a rate of 9.5%, will be applied to any item shipped in-state.
Availability
We will make every effort to ensure that your order is completed in full; however, some things just fly off the shelves and become back-ordered or unavailable. If something becomes back-ordered and availability is delayed, we will inform you so that you may go on wait for the product, or choose to cancel your order. If an item becomes entirely unavailable, we will let you know via email, with our sincere apologies.
